Salary: $160k – $205k + Equity

What you will do
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI automation across the technology and operations stack to increase patient access.
- Develop full-stack AI products, including agentic flow orchestration and point-of-care decision support.
- Collaborate with the Chief Scientist and Sprinter Labs to translate proprietary foundation models into clinical impact.
- Build and optimize the AI-native Care Console for both in-home and virtual clinicians.
- Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, from front-line clinicians to executive sponsors at partner clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong background in AI-driven product development or clinical tooling.
- Experience deploying AI or machine learning solutions in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy environments.
- Proven track record of robust experimentation and data-driven product development.
- Must be based in the Bay Area for a hybrid work arrangement.
