TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI): Building AI-driven clinical tools and an omnimodal care console for in-home clinicians with an accent on agentic workflows and foundation model translation. Location: Hybrid in the Bay Area (San Francisco & Menlo Park, CA)

Salary: $160k – $205k + Equity

hirify.global is a healthcare company reimagining patient access by delivering clinical care directly to homes using last-mile platform technologies.

What you will do

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI automation across the technology and operations stack to increase patient access.
  • Develop full-stack AI products, including agentic flow orchestration and point-of-care decision support.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Scientist and Sprinter Labs to translate proprietary foundation models into clinical impact.
  • Build and optimize the AI-native Care Console for both in-home and virtual clinicians.
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, from front-line clinicians to executive sponsors at partner clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong background in AI-driven product development or clinical tooling.
  • Experience deploying AI or machine learning solutions in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy environments.
  • Proven track record of robust experimentation and data-driven product development.
  • Must be based in the Bay Area for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Startup experience, especially within high-growth environments.
