Junior Onboarding & Implementation Specialist (Medtech): Supporting the implementation team with customer onboarding, coordination, and testing for a compliant promotional content review SaaS with an accent on UAT, documentation, and customer enablement. Focus on assisting Implementation Managers, validating customer configurations, and ensuring smooth product adoption for life sciences organizations.
Location: Remote (Europe-based candidates only)

What you will do
- Support Implementation Managers across customer onboarding and implementation projects.
- Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking of implementation tasks.
- Support UAT preparation, execution, and validation of customer configurations or workflows.
- Prepare and update training deliverables, user guides, and support documentation.
- Assist with customer training preparation and support training sessions.
- Coordinate with internal Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
Requirements
- Experience in customer onboarding, implementation support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Comfortable working with SaaS, enterprise software, or business-critical systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software products and workflows quickly.
- Must be based in Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or medtech.
- Experience with Veeva or similar workflow/content management platforms.
- Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mandarin Chinese, or Russian.
- Experience preparing training materials, user guides, or enablement content.
- Experience with LMS, CRM, ticketing, or project management tools.
