What you will do

• Support Project Managers on Named Account customers and large-scale rollouts to keep complex deployments on schedule.
• Attend project meetings and customer calls, capturing detailed notes and distributing clear summaries to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and track milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent deployments.
• Generate accurate project quotes and process bulk upload requests for multi-store rollouts.
• Coordinate hardware logistics, shipping schedules, and RMA activities in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies within the PMO and contribute to the creation of best practice guides and playbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa
• 0–1 years of administrative, coordination, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Jira.
• Experience working within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Background in logistics, operations, or customer-facing coordination roles.
