What you will do

• Support PMs and the Program Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication.
• Organize and maintain program/project records, reports, and key documentation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration by liaising with different departments.
• Build and maintain small internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to automate PMO workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in an IT field.
• Demonstrated technical/programming skills (proven via GitHub portfolio or certifications).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with simple scripting, automation, and basic data parsing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
