What you will do

• Perform audits of web analytics and recommend tracking improvements.
• Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and user testing to optimize user behavior.
• Conduct competitor research and explore AI-driven personalization for better conversions.
• Develop and execute CRO strategies, hypotheses, and A/B/multivariate tests.
• Partner with design and development teams to implement winning test results.
• Create client reports and monitor industry trends to refine processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience with CMS like WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento
• Hands-on with heatmap tools like Microsoft Clarity
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; typing 50+ wpm
• Ability to learn new technologies and communicate effectively

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools
• Experience in cloud-based CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot
