What you will do

• Execute the hirify.global playbook for accelerator programs, including the planning and coordination of Demo Day.
• Manage logistics for the program calendar, mentor schedules, and investor meetups.
• Oversee the end-to-end application, screening, and onboarding process for startups.
• Recruit, hire, and manage the seasonal Associate team.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurial support organizations and the hirify.global perk network.
• Source and evaluate potential investments, including market research and investment memo development.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Boulder, Colorado, United States
• 3-5+ years of experience in event planning, business operations, and project management in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.

• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
