Salary: $109,000.00–$119,000.00 per year

What you will do
- Facilitate creation and success of the Partner program alongside the Partner Program Manager.
- Maintain partner programming operations: onboarding, benefits & contract renewals, payment updates, and scaled communications.
- Manage and refine partner programs for scalability and engagement using tools such as PRM, Help Center, self-serve resources, and structured training.
- Advocate for partner needs using data and insights; align cross-functional teams to resolve issues and report outcomes.
- Support annual benefit and contract renewal programs with Partner Managers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as primary point of contact for tier 2 & 3 partner inquiries via Zendesk or Zoom; resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in a support role and/or project management role, preferably in a tech, HR, or service-focused industry, with exposure to program/project management.
- Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Zendesk and CRM systems; business writing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex issues into clear solutions.
- Strong customer service or partner support background with a track record of improving satisfaction, enablement, or revenue at scale.
- Ability to analyze feedback and performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred).
