What you will do

• Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction for Global and Challenger platforms.
• Prepare and conduct comprehensive pilot briefings and debriefings.
• Ensure all training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and hirify.global standards.
• Maintain personal aviation qualifications and participate in continuous professional development.
• Share aviation expertise and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority.
• Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.
• English proficiency: C1 level required for all instruction.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience flying business aircraft.
• 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.
