What you will do

• Act as Site Superintendent on high-profile projects, serving as the primary point of contact for onsite teams and subcontractors.
• Enforce performance and productivity standards, providing feedback for reviews and training plans.
• Resolve onsite client issues and act as the first point of escalation for field problems.
• Coordinate site activities related to safety, quality control, and commissioning readiness.
• Manage and track tooling, test gear, and fleet/material delivery for field operations.
• Review daily field reports and ensure compliance with departmental goals and installation standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Calgary, Canada or able to work onsite in the region.
• 3+ years of experience as a senior/lead technician or site superintendent.
• Advanced knowledge of audio, video, and networking equipment and low-voltage electrical concepts.
• Strong experience in construction environments and advanced AV installation skills.
• Valid Alberta driver’s license and ability to travel locally (70-90% of the time).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends.
