What you will do

• Research and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, analyzing organizational structures and key stakeholders.
• Execute tailored outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns designed to engage C-suite executives.
• Nurture leads and monitor engagement to convert prospects into qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to align and optimize outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records within the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed established KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven SDR or BDR experience with a track record of success or a university degree (2:1 or above).
• Strong written communication skills for creating persuasive and personalized messaging.
• Growth mindset and ability to target high-level decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Portsmouth, UK.
