TL;DR

Sr. CX Designer, AI & Digital Experiences (AI): Designing and delivering measurable improvements to the end-to-end customer experience across a diverse product ecosystem with an accent on AI-powered touchpoints, agentic workflows, and self-service interactions. Focus on reducing friction, accelerating time-to-value, and integrating AI into key customer journey moments.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

What you will do

  • Design and prototype AI-powered CX touchpoints, including agentic workflows and intelligent chatbots.
  • Map and analyze the end-to-end customer journey to identify gaps and prioritize digital experience improvements.
  • Develop self-service and digital-first experiences to support product-led growth (PLG) and trial activation.
  • Create high-quality design artifacts like journey maps, service blueprints, and conceptual prototypes.
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., self-service resolution rates, time-to-value) to demonstrate business impact.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in CX design, experience strategy, or service design within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven command of design thinking frameworks (journey mapping, persona development, Jobs-to-be-Done).
  • Hands-on experience designing AI-powered experiences and utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily workflows.
  • Strong visual communication and prototyping skills for wireframes, mockups, and flow diagrams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Background in UX strategy or CX consulting for enterprise tech companies.
  • Familiarity with data management, analytics, or cloud data platforms.
  • Proficiency with Miro, Figma, Sketch, JIRA, or Confluence.
