What you will do

• Design and prototype AI-powered customer solutions, including intelligent chatbots and agentic workflows.
• Map and analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Create unified experience frameworks across multiple products to ensure consistency.
• Optimize self-service and product-led growth experiences, including onboarding and trials.
• Produce high-quality CX artifacts such as service blueprints, wireframes, and experience briefs.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops to align cross-functional stakeholders on experience direction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5–7+ years of experience in CX design, service design, or UX strategy within SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences like virtual assistants or agentic workflows.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for research and prototyping.
• Strong expertise in design thinking methodologies including journey mapping and Jobs-to-be-Done.
• Advanced prototyping and visual communication skills using tools like Figma or Miro.
