What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of U.S. roles, from kick-off to signed offer.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Develop talent intelligence by monitoring hiring trends, competitor activity, and market insights.
• Execute employer branding initiatives to showcase company culture and mission across multiple channels.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Partner with business leaders to provide market insights and candidate feedback throughout the process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Based in Mexico City.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
