What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for key business areas with full ownership of delivery.
• Act as a strategic consultant to senior leadership, providing market intelligence and guidance on AI and technology talent markets.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI-enabled tools and non-traditional channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for future-focused capabilities including AI and digital skillsets.
• Use data and insights to optimize hiring processes and influence talent strategy.
• Contribute to the transformation of the TA function by implementing best practices and elevating the employer brand.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in global or multi-market environments.
• Strong experience hiring for technology, AI, or data-driven roles.
• Proven ability to operate at a strategic level and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, compensation positioning, and talent trends.
• Advanced sourcing capability including the use of AI tools and creative talent mapping.
• Fluent in English.
