Senior Project/Programme Manager

What you will do

• Plan, lead, organize, and motivate project teams delivering high-value projects for customers and the business.
• Manage several concurrent, high-visibility projects across multiple business divisions.
• Coordinate multifunctional teams, hold members accountable for commitments, and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and organizational resource planning.
• Define project management processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and present project information to business and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager leading large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment.
• Experience managing multifunctional teams of at least 10–15 people.
• Degree-level education in a relevant discipline or equivalent project and program management experience.
• Expertise in Agile and traditional project management principles, with the ability to combine both approaches appropriately.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, data lakes, Smartsheet, Excel, reporting tools, and Agile project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a services organization.
• PMP certification or Six Sigma Black Belt qualification.
• Higher-level qualification.
