What you will do

• Own and build the GTM engine to bring a thriving community of brands onto the platform.
• Manage the full customer journey end-to-end: sourcing, qualifying, and demoing the AI solution.
• Craft messaging and assets that translate the AI product's value into compelling stories for makers.
• Execute pricing and willingness-to-pay experiments in collaboration with the founder.
• Bridge the gap between the maker community and the engineering team to shape the product.
• Develop the commercial playbook to enable future scaling and team growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience taking a B2B product from early traction to a repeatable, growing book of customers.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Builder's mindset with a bias toward action and comfort in high-ambiguity environments.
• Ability to lead deep discovery conversations with scaling food brands about operational pain points.
• Strong storytelling ability and commercial instinct to drive growth.
• Discipline with pipeline and data-driven decision making.

Nice to have

• Experience working with independent food & drink or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Unleashed, or Breww.
• Early-stage SaaS or AI-native experience and interest in agentic AI.
