What you will do

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Architect sales playbooks and implement an AI-first GTM approach leveraging automation, intent data, and buying signals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align regional territory plans and define campaign strategies.
  • Analyze team performance through key data points such as qualification and conversion rates to provide accurate forecasts.
  • Optimize conversion rates by constantly iterating on email copy, call scripts, and outreach cadences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing Business Development teams.
  • Proficiency with sales intelligence tools, data enrichment, and intent data for targeted outbound lists.
  • Expert understanding of top-of-funnel metrics (meeting hold rates, SQL conversion, pipeline value).
  • Data-driven approach to performance management and strategic thinking.
  • Fluency in English.
