What you will do
- Own the Australia sales strategy and revenue targets, reporting to the Global VP of Sales.
- Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize lead quality and demand generation strategies.
- Establish scalable sales playbooks, coaching frameworks, and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain pipeline discipline in HubSpot and leverage AI-driven tools for operational efficiency.
- Personally close high-value strategic deals to set the benchmark for the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS sales.
- 3–5 years of experience leading and scaling sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting revenue targets in the Australian market.
- Expertise with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms at scale.
- Must be based in Sydney or be able to relocate to Australia.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required.

- Exposure to AI-driven sales tools and modern sales tech stacks.
- Experience building inbound-led or hybrid (inbound + outbound) sales functions.
