Location: Sydney-based (hybrid — 3–4 days in the Sydney office). Open to candidates worldwide who are open to relocating to Australia.

What you will do

  • Own the Australia sales strategy and revenue targets, reporting to the Global VP of Sales.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead quality and demand generation strategies.
  • Establish scalable sales playbooks, coaching frameworks, and accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline in HubSpot and leverage AI-driven tools for operational efficiency.
  • Personally close high-value strategic deals to set the benchmark for the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS sales.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading and scaling sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting revenue targets in the Australian market.
  • Expertise with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms at scale.
  • Must be based in Sydney or be able to relocate to Australia.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.

  • Exposure to AI-driven sales tools and modern sales tech stacks.
  • Experience building inbound-led or hybrid (inbound + outbound) sales functions.
