TL;DR

GTM Enablement - Partnerships (AI): Building the foundation of how hirify.global enables, trains, and scales its global partner ecosystem with an accent on technical enablement and 0-to-1 program design. Focus on creating certification tracks, technical labs for partner SEs, and AI-native training content.

Location: Remote-first, globally distributed. Strong preference for candidates based in Europe or the UK. Exceptional candidates outside Europe will be considered if they can operate effectively across European and US time zones.

What you will do

• Build the partner enablement foundation from scratch, including onboarding journeys, certification tracks, and the Partner Academy (LMS/PRM).
• Design hands-on technical labs, sandbox environments, and certification exercises for partner solutions engineers.
• Develop partner-facing commercial assets, such as playbooks, discovery guides, demo scripts, and architecture blueprints.
• Align enablement with pipeline motions, target accounts, and activation metrics in collaboration with Revenue Partnerships.
• Create localized, AI-native training content using hirify.global' own voice and agent technology.
• Support internal GTM enablement for AE, SDR, and CSM roles as needed.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in partner/channel enablement, solutions engineering, or GTM enablement at a SaaS or platform company.
• Proven 0→1 builder experience in creating partner enablement programs from the ground up.
• Hands-on technical comfort with APIs, webhooks, and developer tooling (e.g., Postman).
• Experience building technical labs and managing LMS/PRM infrastructure.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with low process.
• Fluency in English and the ability to facilitate training across global time zones.
