Salary: $260,000–$290,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead financial governance, planning, and investment strategy for a global IT portfolio exceeding $120M.
• Develop and execute a 3–5 year technology transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
• Advance PMO and portfolio management maturity to ensure disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
• Champion automation, data, and AI initiatives to simplify work and improve business outcomes.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships with a focus on accountability and commercial value.
• Serve as the primary voice of IT to the business, translating technical strategy into executive-ready insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in IT or technology strategy within a global manufacturing or industrial company.
• Senior-level experience managing large-scale technology portfolios ($100M+).
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area or be willing to relocate.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Strong command of TBM, ITIL, Agile, and Lean frameworks.
