What you will do

• Establish and maintain operational relationships with contract manufacturers as main technical contact.
• Provide regular status reports on product yields, efficiency, and metrics to internal teams.
• Review progress, develop action plans, and resolve technical/operational problems with CM and hirify.global support.
• Coordinate implementation of Lean/5S, quality improvement, and efficiency plans.
• Review capacity and yield metrics to ensure delivery of manufacturing forecasts.
• Travel to Asia quarterly for supplier visits and business reviews.

Requirements

• Local to North Reading, MA; no relocation or visa sponsorship.
• Technical Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years of operations experience.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory, capacity, material, engineering, and finance in manufacturing/outsourcing of electromechanical systems and PCBAs.

• Detailed understanding of Lean and 5S concepts.
