What you will do

• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor training participation and sales performance metrics.
• Coordinate and execute sales enablement programs and training initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and tracking for instructor-led and online training sessions.
• Administer learning and sales enablement platforms, including user management and course setup.
• Support sales operations through data maintenance and system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall sales productivity and program execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training coordination.
• Proven experience with data management, reporting, and system administration.
• Ability to work onsite in Callao, Lima, Peru.
• Strong organizational skills for managing training logistics and platform operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and sales platforms.
