TL;DR

Sales Executive (B2C): Closing hot inbound leads for custom glass deals with an accent on phone negotiations, pricing/objection handling, and fast deal closure with U.S. buyers. Focus on mastering the technical product details, keeping a clean HubSpot pipeline, and securing deposits while meeting monthly revenue and deal targets.

Location: Remote (8:30 am–5 pm NY, EST zone)

Salary: $75K+ fixed monthly revenue target

What you will do

  • Close hot inbound traffic (about 200 inbound leads/month) with no cold calling, using phone negotiations plus quick text/email follow-ups.
  • Spend 80–90% of the day pitching, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone with U.S. clients.
  • Run price and commercial terms within company rules, address price objections, and push to increase the client’s budget.
  • Learn custom glass products deeply to answer technical questions and remove client doubts.
  • Maintain a clean HubSpot pipeline: log detailed notes, update stages in real time, and keep daily tasks zeroed out.
  • Drive high-energy communication to secure prepayments/deposits, close deals, and hand projects to Project Management.

Requirements

  • English: C1+ / near-native spoken English for daily calls with U.S. clients.
  • 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles; consultative sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and clearly explain product value; handle objections professionally.
  • CRM discipline with experience in CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to learn a technical/custom product in detail.
  • Previous remote work experience is strongly preferred.
