What you will do
- Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts to secure pipeline and generate new revenue opportunities.
- Develop a deep and interconnected understanding of customers' industries, business models, and market clusters.
- Partner with Customer Success and other internal teams to develop and execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Collect and analyze Voice of Customer feedback to escalate product needs and trends.
- Expand customer networks to identify and engage new budget holders.
Requirements
- Solid sales skills and developed expertise in the target scope.
- Strong understanding of the data analytics industry, business models, and relevant solutions.
- Knowledge of market trends and their interdependencies impacting customers.
- Ability to adapt strategies according to market, account, and technical needs.
