What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans and Joint Business Plans for key retail clients to ensure value generation.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to assess objectives, priorities, success criteria, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Build and deliver executive-level presentations for C-level stakeholders focused on FMCG trends and shopper behavior.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned retail accounts, monitoring customer health and NPS.
• Identify and communicate growth and optimization opportunities in collaboration with Analytics, Insight, and Account Development teams.
• Lead the retailer onboarding process, ensuring proper coordination, training, and proactive management of cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Retail or related industries.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong background in customer management, commercial, or marketing roles with direct retailer exposure.
• Proficiency in Office/Google tools and CRM or business monitoring systems.
