What you will do

• Acquire and onboard new Introducing Broker (IB) partners to grow the network.
• Manage relationships with new and existing partners to build long-term loyalty.
• Perform continuous due diligence and introduce Libertex products and cooperation terms.
• Consult partners' staff on sales and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure KPIs are met and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Resolve partner issues using a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Developer role within the finance industry.
• Business-level fluency in spoken and written English.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, preferably foreign exchange (Forex).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong negotiation, pitching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format from one of the specified LATAM locations.
