What you will do

  • Develop the Spanish market by managing the full sales cycle for inbound leads.
  • Qualify prospect needs through active listening and strategic judgment.
  • Analyze prospect requirements to propose personalized, high-value insurance solutions.
  • Close deals with rigor and enthusiasm while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Track KPIs and share best practices to optimize the sales engine.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Spanish fluency is mandatory for this role.
  • Must be based in Madrid or willing to work from the local WeWork office.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to execute strategy independently.
  • Passion for sales and building human relationships.
  • Comfortable communicating in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build processes from the ground up.
