What you will do
- Engage potential clients and inspire them to integrate continuous learning into their corporate culture.
- Utilize value-based selling methodologies (SPICED, Challenger) to align solutions with client needs.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and strategic consultations to HR and L&D stakeholders.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to differentiate the product in the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through data-driven strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, specifically within HR solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in consultative SaaS or EdTech sales.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and excellent English (C1+).
- Based in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.
- Proven track record of building trust-based relationships and negotiating win-win deals.
Nice to have
- Strong existing network of HR contacts in Spain and Catalonia (especially Barcelona).
- Proficiency in Catalan.
