Location: Must be based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Engage potential clients and inspire them to integrate continuous learning into their corporate culture.
  • Utilize value-based selling methodologies (SPICED, Challenger) to align solutions with client needs.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and strategic consultations to HR and L&D stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to differentiate the product in the market.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, specifically within HR solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative SaaS or EdTech sales.
  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and excellent English (C1+).
  • Based in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.
  • Proven track record of building trust-based relationships and negotiating win-win deals.

Nice to have

  • Strong existing network of HR contacts in Spain and Catalonia (especially Barcelona).
  • Proficiency in Catalan.
