What you will do

• Operate a press brake to manufacture parts from sheet metal or metal plates.
• Prepare, set up, and adjust the press brake based on product plans and production schedules.
• Measure and align materials, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on the press brake and maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure sufficient raw materials are available to support production growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating a press brake machine.
• At least one year of experience in metal fabrication (preferred).
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans including blueprints and drawings.
• Physical ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• No sponsorship available.
