Product Manager (Medtech): Defining the global product strategy and roadmap for Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) solutions with an accent on bridging clinical vision and engineering execution. Focus on managing the full product lifecycle, conducting global market research, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance with FDA and CE standards.
Location: Remote (USA); strong preference to be located near a major domestic airport. Frequent travel (40–50%) to HQ in Kennewick, WA, and customer sites is required.
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the global product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the IONM product line, aligning priorities across Sales, Clinical, and Engineering.
- Manage and refine the product development backlog, translating clinical workflows into clear features and testable acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, including new product introduction (NPI), version management, and end-of-life planning.
- Conduct global market research, engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and perform competitive assessments to validate product direction.
- Develop business cases for major investments, including market sizing, revenue projections, and cost analysis.
- Partner with QARA to ensure all product strategies align with FDA, CE, HIPAA, and IEC 62304 standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (indicated by domestic airport preference and US federal background check requirements).
- 5+ years of experience in product management within medical device, healthcare technology, or similarly regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy from market insight through commercial launch.
- Working knowledge of medical device regulatory frameworks (FDA 510(k)/PMA, CE marking, ISO 13485).
- Exceptional English written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have
- Clinical exposure to IONM workflows and neurodiagnostic equipment.
- Experience with products that integrate hardware, software, and consumables.
- Experience with international product launches and regional regulatory submissions (Health Canada, TGA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
