Location: Must be based in Mounds View, MN. This role is hybrid (onsite 4 days per week).

Salary: $134,400–$201,600 USD.

What you will do

• Set the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for the EV-ICD portfolio.
• Manage financial, market, and portfolio models to evaluate investment tradeoffs.
• Own product and feature prioritization along with end-to-end strategy components.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Align cross-functional teams around strategic priorities and critical milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in business strategy, product marketing, or commercialization (or Advanced degree with 5+ years).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship available for Principal-level roles).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead through ambiguity.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation capabilities.
• Experience in the medical device industry or healthcare sector.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in medical, healthcare, or business fields.
• Deep knowledge of clinical trials and reimbursement standards.
