Principal Product Planning Specialist (Medtech): Leading the long-range portfolio strategy for the Extravascular ICD franchise with an accent on financial modeling, market analysis, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on shaping the strategic vision, pressure-testing investment decisions, and influencing senior leadership to advance non-transvenous cardiac solutions.
Location: Must be based in Mounds View, MN. This role is hybrid (onsite 4 days per week).
Salary: $134,400–$201,600 USD.

What you will do
- Set the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for the EV-ICD portfolio.
- Manage financial, market, and portfolio models to evaluate investment tradeoffs.
- Own product and feature prioritization along with end-to-end strategy components.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Align cross-functional teams around strategic priorities and critical milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in business strategy, product marketing, or commercialization (or Advanced degree with 5+ years).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship available for Principal-level roles).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead through ambiguity.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation capabilities.
- Experience in the medical device industry or healthcare sector.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in medical, healthcare, or business fields.
- Deep knowledge of clinical trials and reimbursement standards.
- Experience in fast-paced, global organizations.
