What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products and services within MCS.
• Lead high-performing cross-functional teams including IT, analytics, marketing, and lab sciences.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the full product lifecycle, OKRs, and capacity.
• Advocate for end-users by integrating research and feedback into feature development and pain-point resolution.
• Manage operational risks, pricing, and budgets to ensure high-value delivery and market leadership.
• Establish deep partnerships with internal stakeholders and manage external vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, or healthcare (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of product management experience managing the full lifecycle of complex products or product families.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT extension provided.
