Salary: $62,400 – $93,600 USD.

What you will do

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to inform commercialization strategies.
  • Coordinate customer education events, advisory boards, and technology roadshows.
  • Support product launch execution by tracking deliverables and gathering cross-functional inputs.
  • Prepare demo materials and provide technical support for sales teams and surgeon customers.
  • Collaborate with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage logistics for training events and conference tech suites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
  • Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN at least 4 days per week.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks during lab/event support.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management.
  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of the global medical device market.
  • Proven success in building relationships with industry KOLs.
