Location: Hybrid (in-office at corporate headquarters in Del Mar, CA 1–2 days/week) and remote work
Salary: $108,500 - $149,000 annually (base pay)

What you will do
- Drive and own go-to-market strategy for new infusion set product launches.
- Develop and execute launch plans, including sales enablement tools, promotional campaigns, training materials, and customer education.
- Partner with upstream product managers, channel marketing, clinical, field teams, and sales training to align marketing strategy with business goals.
- Support post-launch product lifecycle planning and establish strategic direction for assigned product lines.
- Translate market research and VOC into product and customer requirements across the development cycle.
- Acquire, analyze, and act on market research; develop and track KPIs for downstream commercial efforts.
Requirements
- BS/BA in business, health sciences, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5 years of experience in medical device development process, product management, marketing, sales, or clinical support.
- Strong downstream marketing skills (market segmentation, sales enablement, positioning, messaging).
- Understanding of healthcare customer journey, including clinician workflows and payer/reimbursement landscapes.
- Ability to translate market research into product and customer requirements.
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated products and applicable marketing guidelines.
