What you will do
- Develop and lead referring audience market development strategy, including engaging referring physicians to generate insights on barriers to treatment.
- Own market research to establish baselines and evaluate future impact of messaging on referring physicians.
- Create educational content for referring audiences to address barriers to treating aortic stenosis (AS).
- Partner with integrated marketing partners to execute across high-impact marketing channels and define omnichannel leading/lagging metrics.
- Lead cross-functional indication expansion commercial strategy, including launch plan execution and stakeholder alignment to deliver project milestones.
- Define success metrics and measure impact of launch and market development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, consulting, or related commercial roles (or 8+ years with an advanced degree).
- Proven market development or commercial marketing experience with ownership of both strategy development and execution.
- Strong leadership presence to influence cross-functional and field stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Onsite requirement: minimum 4 days per week onsite at the Mounds View, MN campus.
