TL;DR

Market Development Consultant (Structural Heart, TAVR): Develop and execute referring HCP market development strategy for heart valve therapies with an accent on end-to-end market development, indication expansion launch execution, and omnichannel impact measurement. Focus on strengthening awareness and engagement among referring cardiologists while addressing common barriers to TAVR therapy through cross-functional execution.

Salary: $161,600.00 - $242,400.00 (USD)

What you will do

  • Develop and lead referring audience market development strategy, including engaging referring physicians to generate insights on barriers to treatment.
  • Own market research to establish baselines and evaluate future impact of messaging on referring physicians.
  • Create educational content for referring audiences to address barriers to treating aortic stenosis (AS).
  • Partner with integrated marketing partners to execute across high-impact marketing channels and define omnichannel leading/lagging metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional indication expansion commercial strategy, including launch plan execution and stakeholder alignment to deliver project milestones.
  • Define success metrics and measure impact of launch and market development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, consulting, or related commercial roles (or 8+ years with an advanced degree).
  • Proven market development or commercial marketing experience with ownership of both strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership presence to influence cross-functional and field stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • Onsite requirement: minimum 4 days per week onsite at the Mounds View, MN campus.
