What you will do

• Lead social media strategy development and tactical initiatives for external clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior staff across multiple projects.
• Conduct social listening research to unearth insights and optimize query performance.
• Develop and manage influencer relationship programs, including identification and curation.
• Communicate paid social planning recommendations and integrate them into the broader digital ecosystem.
• Oversee the financial health of social media projects, including scoping and staffing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications/PR.
• Approximately 5+ years of related agency or business experience.
• Strong familiarity with social media management tools and social listening platforms.
• Proven ability to lead social media performance analytics and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with IRM campaign creation and management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present tactics in a highly regulated environment.
