What you will do

  • Own and execute the U.S. integrated marketing communications strategy to meet commercial and product adoption targets.
  • Define and enforce brand messaging architecture and standards across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are insight-driven and optimized for ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Clinical, and Corporate Communications to align enterprise narratives and product launches.
  • Manage external agency relationships, including scope, performance, and budget oversight.
  • Ensure all communications comply with strict Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Life Sciences.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications within medical device, diagnostics, digital health, or pharma.
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated strategies tied to business outcomes.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated environments.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
  • Experience in cardiology or cardiovascular-related healthcare sectors.
  • Experience working across Marketing, Clinical, R&D, and Health Economics organizations.
