What you will do

• Collaborate with account and creative partners to define client needs and identify business opportunities.
• Synthesize large volumes of data to generate critical observations and ground strategic conclusions in logic.
• Develop brand strategies, including patient and HCP journeys and comprehensive multichannel plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert in pharma, audience trends, and digital marketing channels.
• Lead internal and client-facing workshops to facilitate strategic alignment and achieve goals.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams on data-driven marketing, mobile, and social media trends.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning and related communications.
• Deep understanding of digital channels, CRM, and social media strategic disciplines.
• Proven success in developing and delivering digital multichannel strategies to market.
