TL;DR

Audience Selection Professional (CRM): Building and deploying targeted customer communications at scale with an accent on data-driven audience identification and segmentation. Focus on executing end-to-end campaigns using decisioning tools and ensuring strict data quality and compliance.

Location: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote). Must be based in Birmingham, Bristol, Doncaster, or London, UK

What you will do

  • Build and execute campaign selections using decisioning tools within agreed SLAs.
  • Translate marketing campaign briefs into technical audience selections and segmentation logic.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance of all outputs.
  • Apply targeting, segmentation, and customer journey rules to optimize communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Utilize customer data to improve decisioning and overall campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using Unica (critical for the role).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating customer datasets.
  • Experience in campaign delivery, CRM, or audience selection environments.
  • Ability to translate business briefs into technical data selections and logic.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy, governance, and quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Pega, Adobe Campaign, or NBA decisioning tools.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working in agile teams within a marketing or CRM function.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and compliant use of customer data.
  • Background in telecoms, retail, or high-volume customer environments.
