What you will do
- Lead technology operations, resilience, cyber defence, and control effectiveness across the organisation.
- Set and uplift resilience strategies for critical IT services and third-party ecosystems.
- Manage complex cybersecurity risks and implement robust control frameworks and policies.
- Act as a senior interface for Executive Committee stakeholders, regulators, and auditors.
- Oversee incident, problem, change, and service management disciplines to ensure high availability.
- Drive stability and performance for both core platforms and workplace technology.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in IT operations, service management, and cyber security.
- Deep expertise in incident, problem, change, and infrastructure management.
- Proven track record of governing enterprise-wide control frameworks and managing third-party risk.
- Experience operating in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services or banking.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability at C-suite and Board levels.
