What you will do

• Lead technology operations, resilience, cyber defence, and control effectiveness across the organisation.
• Set and uplift resilience strategies for critical IT services and third-party ecosystems.
• Manage complex cybersecurity risks and implement robust control frameworks and policies.
• Act as a senior interface for Executive Committee stakeholders, regulators, and auditors.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and service management disciplines to ensure high availability.
• Drive stability and performance for both core platforms and workplace technology.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in IT operations, service management, and cyber security.
• Deep expertise in incident, problem, change, and infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of governing enterprise-wide control frameworks and managing third-party risk.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services or banking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability at C-suite and Board levels.
