What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers supporting strategic and public sector accounts.
- Partner with sales leadership on territory strategy, account planning, and resource prioritization.
- Support the team in complex customer engagements, executive presentations, and proofs of value.
- Act as an escalation point for critical opportunities and competitive situations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve win rates and customer outcomes.
- Contribute hands-on technical leadership in priority accounts and major deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading presales or sales engineering teams in enterprise cybersecurity.
- Strong technical foundation in email security, cloud security, or information protection.
- Experience navigating complex buying environments with multiple stakeholders and formal procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to travel within the UK as required by customer and team needs.
- Track record of coaching senior technical talent and developing future leaders.
