What you will do

• Support foundry PDK teams in the development and maintenance of Liberate characterization techfiles for standard cell, IO, and memory libraries.
• Collaborate with teams to define SPICE corners, PVT, and RC assumptions for library signoff.
• Enable the generation of signoff-quality Liberty models (NLDM / CCS / CCSP) aligned with foundry requirements.
• Develop and maintain design reference flows for standard cell, IO, and memory libraries used by design service teams.
• Provide guidance on library usage, corner selection, and modeling trade-offs for large-scale SoC projects.
• Debug timing, power, signal integrity (SI), and convergence issues related to library quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience with the hirify.global Liberate Characterization Suite.
• Deep understanding of library modeling methodology and characterization techfile development.
• Expertise in SPICE, Liberty models, and Static Timing Analysis (STA).
• Experience with advanced process nodes and large-scale SoC projects.
