What you will do

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for EDA tools and IPs to customers.
• Identify new projects and customers from a technical perspective and propose tailored hirify.global solutions.
• Mentor and lead the FAE team to support various customer projects.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to enhance tool capabilities and respond to new technical requirements.
• Partner with the sales team to drive business growth and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Standard Cell Library or SRAM design, preferably in advanced process nodes.
• Proficiency in Spice Simulation and experience with Physical Verification (DRC, LVS) and PEX.
• Experience in supervising and guiding a technical team.
• Familiarity with PDKs for both mature and advanced process nodes and Foundation IPs.
• Fluent English required for collaboration with overseas teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE).
• General programming experience.
• Familiarity with Synthesis and P&R.
• Ability to script in Python, Tcl, or Perl.
