What you will do

• Design new automation machines and processes to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Modify and upgrade existing processes to support new production needs.
• Define machine specifications and ensure alignment with quality and cost targets.
• Manage automation projects, including timeline control and delivery tracking.
• Review supplier capabilities and conduct machine design reviews.
• Prepare financial justification documentation for new equipment investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in automation machine design or project management.
• Strong logical analysis and failure diagnosis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with automation standard parts.
• Basic knowledge of ISO9000 or IATF16949 standards.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CAD or 3D design software.
• Experience with PLC programming and vision system development.
• Exposure to the automotive industry.
