What you will do

• Lead technical development for new projects, including evaluating inputs, outputs, and verifying technical specifications.
• Create and execute DV/PV test plans, manage product BOMs, and oversee qualification plans for tooling and components.
• Assist the NPD Manager in analyzing division work and proposing solutions to project-related technical challenges.
• Provide technical support to quality and production departments, including troubleshooting and product improvement (VAVE).
• Manage ECR/ECN processes in Windchill and maintain specifications in the PIM system.
• Train new staff and maintain departmental operational systems.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
• Degree in a mechanical mold-related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically PRO-E.
• Strong knowledge of tolerance stack-up, GD&T, and DFMEA.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, and simulation tools.
• Good English reading and writing ability required.
