What you will do

• Lead NPI activities including SoC definition, hardware system design, PISI, and bring-up.
• Own and drive cost-effective reference platform designs.
• Provide customer support, technical training, and prototype bring-up.
• Manage multiple NPI and customer projects in parallel under aggressive schedules.
• Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis.
• Ensure compliance with PCBA manufacturing processes, including DFM, EMI/ESD, and thermal design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 7+ years of hardware board design experience.
• Independent design experience with Cortex-A5x/A7x and power systems (PMIC, DC-DC, LDO).
• Strong PCB layout expertise including HDI, stackup, and SI/PI principles.
• Proficiency in high-speed interface design (DDR, PCIe4.0, USB3.0, Ethernet) and Cadence OrCAD/Allegro.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese required.
• Ability to work under tight project schedules and drive technical issues to closure.

Nice to have

• Experience with EMI/EMC compliance.
• Familiarity with simulation tools like Cadence Sigrity or HyperLynx.
• Experience in embedded software.
