TL;DR

Sales Enablement Manager (Fintech): Build and run the Italian Sales Academy for Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Partnerships with an accent on playbooks, onboarding, and coaching that improve time-to-first-deal and quota attainment. Focus on HubSpot/CRM excellence, data-driven enablement content, and closing the feedback loop from field insights into Product and Marketing to strengthen local sales execution.

What you will do

  • Own the Italian Sales Academy and “source of truth” enablement assets across Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Partnerships.
  • Master and maintain playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides tailored to the Italian market.
  • Localize global product, pricing, and compliance materials into effective Italian sales narratives.
  • Design structured onboarding (0–90 day journey) and deliver continuous scenario-based coaching to close performance gaps.
  • Act as HubSpot and sales dashboard power user to improve CRM hygiene and enable data-driven insights.
  • Feed field learnings back to Product and Marketing and ensure a consistent “hirify.global Story” across sales channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or sales enablement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales reporting.
  • Proven ability to translate complex topics into simple, practical training and enablement content.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multiple commercial channels with one enablement function.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools.
