What you will do
- Own the Italian Sales Academy and “source of truth” enablement assets across Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Partnerships.
- Master and maintain playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides tailored to the Italian market.
- Localize global product, pricing, and compliance materials into effective Italian sales narratives.
- Design structured onboarding (0–90 day journey) and deliver continuous scenario-based coaching to close performance gaps.
- Act as HubSpot and sales dashboard power user to improve CRM hygiene and enable data-driven insights.
- Feed field learnings back to Product and Marketing and ensure a consistent “ Story” across sales channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or sales enablement in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales reporting.
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into simple, practical training and enablement content.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multiple commercial channels with one enablement function.
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools.
