What you will do

• Support the Growth Commercial Team with new product implementation and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement Partners to refine training and enablement materials.
• Assist field Commercial managers in optimizing the performance of the Field Sales Channel.
• Help enhance the skills and product knowledge of both employee and self-employed Payment Consultants.

Requirements

• Must be based in Milan or able to work from the office 4+ days per week.
• Strong interest in sales enablement and commercial growth within the fintech sector.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and field sales staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
