Location: Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

Salary: €48,000 – €54,847 yearly

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue RGM opportunities and whitespace within the West European market.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to design and execute client engagements, including pitches and webinars.
  • Develop and localize sales materials, including commercial decks, proposal templates, and demo scripts.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions to align solutions with specific business challenges and KPIs.
  • Manage RFI/RFP responses to ensure high-quality, competitive proposals.
  • Contribute market insights to global product teams to help shape product development and refinement.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, RMS consulting, or RGM-focused sales.
  • Fluent Italian and English required (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Strong project management skills with experience supporting sales and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Milan.
