What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new customers across the food retail and hospitality industries.
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, and present tailored proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts within CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure successful client implementation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, UK.
  • Proven experience in new business sales for mPOS, EPOS, or payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality or food retail operational environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and full-cycle sales ownership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with multi-site hospitality or food retail operators.
  • Deep understanding of integrated payments or merchant services.
